What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness describes a state of being totally aware of your surroundings. I know how crazy busy life is, and how easy it is to lose touch with what’s really important. Sometimes we just need to make more of an effort to slow the pace, chill out, and give ourselves the quiet time we deserve. I’ve been meditating for years now, and it’s my secret to helping me feel calm and in control, no matter what life throws at me. I know it’ll work wonders for you too. Our weekly meditation sessions are designed to help you breathe deeper, sleep better and recharge a little, as well as expert tips from our mindfulness practitioner Nicole Betts.
